What are the exhibition dates and open times?
Scoperta opens between the 9th & 12th May 2006.

The exhibition opening times are:
Tuesday 9th - 9.30am ­ 6.30pm
Wednesday 10th - 9.30am ­ 6.30pm
Thursday 11th - 9.30am ­ 6.30pm
Friday 12th - 9.30am ­ 4pm

How do I get to Scoperta by car?
On the A7 Genoa and A1 Bologna motorways: Tangenziale Ovest (ringroad west), go North following signs for Fiera Milano;

From Milan on the A4 Turin-Venice motorway: come off at the Pero-Fiera Milano exit;

On the A8-A9 motorways towards Milan: at the Milano Nord junction take the A4 Venezia and come off at the Fiera Milano exit;

On the A8 motorway following Varese-Como, come off at the Fiera Milano exit.

Is there parking?
Yes, 10,000 parking spaces are provided to visitors of Scoperta.

How do I get to Scoperta by train?
Central Station – Garibaldi Station: Green Line underground (for Abbiategrasso / Cadorna-Triennale station), change to Red Line for Rho-Fiera Milano.

Cadorna Station (Ferrovie Nord Railways): Red Line underground (for Rho Fiera Milano).

Where do the exhibitors come from?
Exhibitors of Scoperta come from across the globe but the majority are from Europe. In 2005 the breakdown of exhibitors was specifically:

Which products can you find at Scoperta?
The main product categories are upholstery, decoration and curtain fabrics. Materials include jacquards, silk and suede to leather and many other fabrics, including lightweights.

Can I purchase a show guide?
Yes, the Scoperta show guide is available FREE to all visitors of the exhibition and is available to purchase after the exhibition has closed for €20 plus postage & packaging.

Do I have to pay to visit Scoperta?
Registration online before the event is €10 (Click here to pre-register now)
Entry on site at the show is €25

Entry vouchers are available from any Scoperta exhibitor giving you a fully discounted ticket. Please contact any of one of the exhibitors and request a Scoperta visitor voucher. (See who is exhibiting by clicking here)

When will I receive my visitor badge?
As long as you have pre-registered online before the 1st April, your visitor badge will be sent to you in the post. We are expecting these to arrive with you no later than 2 weeks prior to the exhibition opening. If you are pre-regsitering after the 1st April, your badge will be available for collection on site.

When is the last time I can pre-register?
Pre-registration closes on the 1st May. After this time entry will be €25 to the show unless you hold a Scoperta visitor voucher from any exhibitor.

How many years has this exhibition been running?
Scoperta is an annual event, first held in 1999. 2006 will be the 8th Scoperta. In 2005, 99 exhibitors came from 17 countries displaying products to over 2600 visitors.

Who organises the exhibition?
The exhibition is organised by The Trade Link Company Ltd, an exhibition organiser who have been specialising in events for the interior textiles industry for over 20 years.

What link is there with Proposte?
Scoperta is an exhibition in its own right. The two shows are complimentary, they are held at the same time - both of them at the beginning of May and have similar products on offer. Shuttles run from Vila Erba (home of Proposte) to Scoperta throughout the day.
