HOW TO GET THERE – NOW IN CHIASSO

Scoperta 2008 will now be held in Chiasso on the Swiss / Italian border. Only 10 minutes from Cernobbio on the Lake Como.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available to the visitors and exhibitors.

Scoperta by Road
From Milan / Malpensa (Journey time approx. 50 minutes) Take A8 towards Milano, A9 towards Cernobbio/Como (also shown on some  signs as E35) then A2 (N2) towards Lugano – exit Chiasso. Follow signs for PALAPENZ.

There is a bus link from Malpensa to Medrisio and Lugano via Chiasso.

From Lugano airport (Journey time approx. 15 Minutes) Take A2/N2 towards Como via Mendrisio to Chiasso. Follow signs for PALAPENZ.

From Milan/Linate (Journey time approx 90 minutes) Head for Milan ring road. Take A8 towards Malpensa, then A9 for Como. Follow instructions form Malpensa.

Scoperta By Rail
There is an hourly service between Chiasso and Milano (Journey time 47 minutes). This service also calls at Como.

Scoperta Shuttle Buses
Chiasso – Villa Erba – Chiasso
SCOPERTA shuttle buses run every 10 minutes form 9.00 till 19.00 between Villa Erba and SCOPERTA during the days of the show. The journey takes 8-10 minutes. The pick up point is located in Café Bar Visconti right opposite the entrance to Villa Erba.
